Made fresh to order and shipped Monday through Wednesday only to maintain freshness and prevent delays in transit.Shipped with 2-Day Shipping to ensure your order arrives in peak condition.Any orders placed after Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.

Herbal Oils & Salves

Made to order and shipped out within 3–5 business days using standard shipping.Arrival typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Additional Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Please refrigerate sea moss gels immediately upon arrival.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​Sea Moss Gels (Perishable Items)

Due to the perishable nature of sea moss gels, all sales are final.No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available for sea moss products.

Herbal Oils & Salves

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
