Once an order is placed, we dispatch your package on Monday through Wednesday. Also, orders placed after 5 pm are processed the very next day.

If you have received a damaged or wrong item, you can surely make the refund within 30 days. Please make sure you comply with our return policies to get the refund.

When shipping your package we use UPS. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number.

No we do not ship international.

Delivery charges are subject to your location, shown at the final check out. But because we use priority mail for packages over 1lb, your shipping costs can range anywhere from $9.99 to $19.99. Packages less than 1lb will cost anywhere from $4.99-$6.99.
